History
RadWeb Technologies was founded in 2008 by computer industry veteran Steve Repetti. Steve needed a centralized base of operations to house the products and technologies he created and was acquiring.
Over the next two years, Steve designed, coded, and published a number of applications and core technological components, including the Web 2.0 cross-browser developer library xWinLib and mashup platform Scrapplet, as well as WebCapsulate, LiveBlogContent, DistroMash, Facebook apps, browser-based games, APIs, and more.
Mr. Repetti is the original creator of the highly acclaimed social networking site Zude, co-author of the FGL/open5G programming language, and author of a number of other products dating back more than 20 years.
In 2009, the Company branched out beyond creating its own products and began partnering and investing in third-party companies that benefited from RadWeb’s technologies, resources, and experience.
In 2010, having achieved profitability almost from the beginning, RadWeb completed its transformation to a full-service technology creation/investing/partnering organization.
