It’s not enough to have a great idea -- great ideas get lost in the shuffle of every day life. And great ideas without great execution often become spectacular examples of how not to be successful. Still, it all starts with the idea.
If you would like RadWeb to help make your idea successful, the first thing you need to do is review our investment philosophy and wander through our portfolio companies in order to identify synergies. No synergies? No fit.
The next thing you need to do is get our attention.
You do not need a formal business plan, though you do need to articulate your idea. Formal business plans are great exercises, since they make you really think things through, however we would actually prefer a 10-12 page power-point executive summary. Make sure you include basic financials. Also, at this time you must be a resident of the United States, or your organization must be headquartered here in the United States.
If you are an existing company seeking a technology partner, you’ll need to provide us with enough information about the project so we can properly assess the opportunity.
Once you’ve got everything together, submit your plan to us so we can begin the review process. We are very mindful of your time and we’ll strive to get back to you within one week. Warning: killer ideas may make your phone ring shortly after pressing the submit button.
