The Fund
RadWeb administers a separate fund for participatory investments in select RadWeb transactions. The current fund, RadWeb Technology Partners I, is invested in the following portfolio companies (with several others in various stages of negotiation):
RadWeb Technology Partners Features:
- Independent investment vehicle designed to piggyback on investments made by RadWeb Technologies, LLC.
- Focused on early stage companies and up-and-coming entrepreneurs in partnership with RadWeb Technologies.
- Targeting large-market social media, gaming, celebrities, health-care, financial services, technology & development, and enterprise sectors.
- The fund only invests in transactions where RadWeb Technologies has invested and has direct influence on the outcome as well as significant vested interest.
- Closed-end zero-fee fund (RadWeb maintains voting proxy in portfolio companies).
